1. Missing days and feeling sick and lousy is no way to trudge through the school year. While coffee is a great picker upper, it is a terrible dropper.  You never know when this stuff will leave you looking like somebody's seconds and drool dangles out your mouth.  A different approach would be to go the natural route. take equal parts ginger and grapefruit and juice it.  Drink this and if you think you're a tough guy, then bring the ginger (juiced) in a separate bottle with you and sip it throughout the day.
not only will you be alert, but you will have a boosted immunity.

and you can also pick up some brain herbs for focus, alertness and clarity.
